Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, please email shopestherlee@gmail.com and our team will assist you with the process.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. Items must be returned in their original condition— unworn, unwashed, and undamaged— to be eligible for a refund. Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be processed.
